Does MINISFORUM provide a warranty on its Mini PCs?
Yes, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our Mini PC units. This covers hardware defects under normal use. Accessories such as cables and power adapters are covered for 6 months.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for international orders?
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and the selected warehouse, international shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 business days.
Can I upgrade the RAM and SSD on my MINISFORUM device?
Most of our models are designed with high expandability in mind. You can easily upgrade the DDR memory and M.2 SSD by removing the bottom cover, though we recommend checking your specific model's specifications first.
What is your return policy for unsatisfied customers?
We offer a 7-day window for returns due to quality issues or 'change of mind,' provided the product is in its original packaging and condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
